But today I want to focus on one specific way you could set the intention for this year: a mind movie.

Since this is for your eyes only, there are no restrictions on where you can get images from. Pinterest, Canva, and Pexels are all great places to get videos or pictures from.
When you see the images, you should know exactly what you are trying to manifest with that picture or video. For example, if you are manifesting driving a Porsche, include media with a Porsche. If you want to make a certain amount of money, include media that shows a specific amount of money in a bank account balance.
While looking for media, be sure to keep note of the ones that catch your eye. Your mind movies should be made in a way that is visually appealing to you in order to stay engaged and consistent while using your mind movie.
